Beef Rendang with Tomato Rice
Rendang is a popular dish made with meat stewed in coconut milk and aromatic spices such as shallot, lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves. Using slow cook method slow boil up for few hours and served with the flavorful tomato rice. This traditional Malaysian meal and it’s prefect for easy weekend dinner.
